Matri Puja and Utsarga Samaroha || VKV Dhemaji

"Matri Puja" was conducted for the students of Class X (appearing for the Board Examination, 2023) to worship their mother at the Patanjali Sabhagriha on the 4th of January, 2023 (Saturday). The Class-X students received their mother to the prayer hall after washing their feet and offering Aarati. It was noticed that such a holy task was done by the students for the first time in the their life and it could touch their heart. Out of 37 students a total number of 30 students (along with their mother) graced the occasion.

Parivar Sammelan held at VKV Nalbari

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2023 IN VKV (NEEPCO) DOYANG

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2023 was inaugurated on 9th January 2023 with great enthusiasm. Sri John Zeliang, Head of Doyang Hydro Power Station(DHPS), NEEPCO, and Sri Prakash, Asst. Commandant, CISF, Doyang unit graced the ceremony as Distinguished Guests. Parents and well-wishers too attended the program.

VKV Borojalenga celebrates Vivekananda Jayanti

School Annual Day was celebrated at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Borojalenga amidst enthusiasm and great joy among students, parents, teachers, and well-wishers. On this occasion, a rally was taken out in the morning from Rosekendy point to Assam University Campus where students offered floral tribute to Swamiji. The cultural program at school was graced by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Assam University, Silchar. He was accompanied by Prof Amritlal Ghosh, MBA & Prof M Gangabhusan, Dept, Social Work Associate Prof, Dept,  Computer Science, & Sri Biswa Ranjan Roy, Sri Prince Tulsian, Owner Baghbahar, T. E, Sri Nihar Ranjan Das, Sri Shuvankar Bhattacharjee, Sri Nirmalendu Deb, and other dignitaries. The program started with an invocation to the goddess Saraswati by a chorus and chanting of a Vedic hymn followed by a welcome song by students of IX and X. 

CELEBRATION OF VIVEKANANDA JAYANTI IN VKV (NEEPCO) DOYANG

The Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was celebrated with great zeal in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, (NEEPCO) Doyang. A total of 350 persons including students, teachers, parents and well-wishers were in the programme. The programme was graced by Sri John Zelliang, Head of DHPS, NEEPCO, Sri Prakash, Assistant Commandant, CISF, Doyang Unit, Dr Dipul Chandra Haloi, DGM(M&HS) DHPS, NEEPCO along with a few other officials of DHPS, NEEPCO. 

National Youth Day || VKV Tingrai

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tingrai celebrates National Youth Day with a cultural rally in the morning from School to Tingrai Chariali which was followed by a science exhibition by the students of class VI to X. Twenty models were displayed in the exhibition. Finally, a cultural program was conducted wherein our students and parents participated in it. Group song, Shatriya Dance, unity in diversity through dance was shown, and speech by the Teacher, guest, and instrumental were some of the highlights of the program. The occasion was graced by Sri Dhrubajyoti Gogoi, Social Worker, & Sri Palash Jyoti Sharma, Principal of Derial Model Higher Secondary school, & Sri Bishnu Jaissi, District Data Manager, Dept. Of Health, Tinsukia, & Smt Anuradha Saikia, Mouzadar, Kabir Didi, Retd Office Assistant of our Vidyalaya . All of them were felicitated with a calender and Phulam Gamucha.

National Youth Day & Annual Day || VKV Mangaldoi

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Mangaldoi celebrated National Youth Day & Annual Day Cultural program today at school. The program was conducted in two phases. In phase program arranged in the morning assembly of three schools where the Headmaster, teachers & students offered puspanjali, and delivered speech by our teachers to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. In the second phase occasion was graced by Dr. Ram Chandra Deka, vice principal of Sipajar College, and Dilip Kumar Deka, Headmaster of Zack & Zil pre- School. Students, parents, and well-wishers were present in the program.
